All hampers must be booked and paid for in advance and will only be fully booked when payment has been received.

Hamper bookings will be taken up to Friday 15th August 2008

(one week before the festival).

Each Hamper is for 2 people and can be collected from

the collection point at St Peter’s Church, Upper Beeding.

Collection for Luncheon hampers is between

11.00 am and 3.00 pm.

Collection for afternoon tea hampers is between

2.00 pm and 5.00 pm.

Hampers may contain traces of nuts.

All hampers are non refundable and must be collected within the pre-booked time.

Each hamper is made from cardboard, an environment-friendly

alternative to the traditional wicker basket, is largely recycled and 100% recyclable.

The Luncheon Hamper is 250mm x 200mm and the

Afternoon Tea Hamper is 360mm x 215mm
